CTE Global Attends GREET Life Cycle Assessment Workshop
CTE Global remains committed to supporting ethanol producers as regulations evolve and sustainability goals become increasingly important. Earlier this month, three members of our team attended the R&D GREET Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Model Workshop, hosted by the Renewable Fuels Association (RFA).
The GREET model—short for Greenhouse gases, Regulated Emissions, and Energy use in Technologies—is a key analytical tool used to evaluate the environmental impacts of fuels. It plays a central role in understanding the carbon intensity (CI) of ethanol, from production through end use. By gaining a deeper understanding of life cycle modeling and GREET parameters, our team is better equipped to help ethanol producers interpret results and identify opportunities for improvement. This ongoing investment in knowledge allows CTE Global to provide data-driven insights that support both operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
As policies and carbon markets continue to evolve, CTE Global’s expertise ensures that our customers stay informed, compliant, and competitive. Our goal is to be more than a solutions provider—we aim to be a trusted partner in helping ethanol producers navigate the path toward a lower-carbon future.
